Hello and thank you for your inquiry. I graduated from Cortiva Institute Brian Utting School of Massage in 2007 and have been a full-time LMP since. Being a creative, artistic person with the passion and desire to help, I have developed an eclectic style that pulls from many different types of massage. I recently launched MEDA-LARK APOTHECARY, self-care products that were originally inspired by - and formulated for - various clients’ specific healthcare needs.

I have training in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, myofascial release & muscle energy techniques. I recently added cupping to my specializations. Through intuition and palpation I am able to locate trigger points and other areas in the body that would benefit from different techniques. This is your time, so I talk with you to discover your interest and activities so I am better able to assist you in achieving improved mobilization, revitalization and to provide a sense of well being.
